After weeks of having companies out to quote me for knocking my small loo and bathroom into one to accommodate my elderly grandfather who was moving in with me and my husband I needed to have the work carried out in a tight time frame.

I called into Instyle met Jeff the father who gave me lots of advice brochures and ideas I arranged for a visit to be carried out when Lee his son came to measure and quote I advised him of our predicament with my grandfather moving in and to my astonishment this small local business listened to my requirements.

Once we agreed the price and timescales work was undertaken and on day two we unveiled a problem with an unsupported wall which meant changing our original layout and plans but Lee and the team quickly came up with a solution to rectify the problem and worked late into the evening so as not to overrun on the project.

The whole project was met with efficiency, commitment to keeping to timescale and a dedicated desire to strive for perfection.

I am over the moon with the finished product and even with the change of plan it looks better than I imagined and most of all it's a safe stylish bathroom where I can shower my grandfather each morning (even though I had sacrificed the bath). We didn't have a large bathroom and toilet room but with the knock through it has created a stylish retreat.
